| Bottlebrush Parrot Cage
Packages.
6/18/08
Yesterday, I paid $4.13 for a gallon of gas. It's affecting me and
my budget as well as it's affecting you and your budget.
These cage packages will provide your parrot with chew stuff for a long
time. During that time, you won't need to buy ANY more chew toys.
How long before those savings PAY for the package? Consider these
packages an investment, and as with any investment, the returns come
over time. Consider this.
 Right now, your
parrot is under assault.
The two main physical maladies parrots deal with are foot and beak
problems.
Foot problems.
In the wild, your bird would spend their days in naturally barked trees.
If the tree their standing in is uncomfortable, they just fly to another,
more comfortable tree. Caged birds don't have that
opportunity. Bark is necessary for perching because your birds feet
are designed to mesh with bark, and not require HOLDING ON. Most
in-cage perches available for birds are hard and slippery.
Supposedly, this is good for US because these perches will last almost
forever. For your bird, holding on all the time is unnatural,
and basically, causes their feet to hurt and age unnaturally. Most
of you have PEDICURE PERCHES. Your bird likes them because they
don't require holding on. However, these are like you and I standing
on a rough sidewalk all day and night.
Beak
problems. Have
you ever had your parrots beaked groomed? Why? Because birds
beaks grow constantly and GNAWING is how birds keep they groomed.
This is one of the reason parrots chew. However, Gnawing is a
distinct behavior and requires wood that isn't too hard or too soft.
Difficult for YOU to find that kind of wood, right? Well, you found
it and it's called Bottlebrush. And, as an added
bonus, your bird will LOVE chewing on Bottlebrush as well. And, my
lots also contain stuff for chewing as well. Imagine how much money
you would save if you didn't have to buy any more chew
toys.
Bottlebrush will
solve both of these problems.
The naturally barked texture makes my perches extremely comfortably to
stand on, your bird will choose these over all others. Plus,
Bottlebrush is perfect for Gnawing, not too hard or too soft, right in the
middle. Try one of my Cage Packages. If it doesn't do everything I say
it will, return them for a full refund.
For
those of you who use my play cage, roosting cage
concept, these packages
are for you. Basically, there's enough great Bottlebrush stuff to
fill your birds cage and make play cage time great fun. And for
you, one of these packages will provide enough Bottlebrush stuff to last
at least a year, paying for itself in no time. And, with
Bottlebrush in-cage perches, your parrot will be comfortable where he
lives, on his feet. Here's what's included.
- 3 in-cage Bottlebrush perches.
Average length 14-18".
- Roosting perch with spinner, and
2 replacement spinners. 10-12" long.
- Perch Toy.
- Flexi Toy.
- Boomerang toy.
- 16" chew toy on welded link
chain.
- Pre-drilled toy wood.
- Chunks and twigs.
 In-cage
Bottlebrush perches. 3 perches are included in each package and
these side mount to your parrots cage using large washers and Lock Nuts.
Nothing is more comfortable then Bottlebrush, and these perches are
great for chewing and gnawing as well.
Roosting
perch with spinner. These are about 12" side mount
Bottlebrush perches and have a spinner on the end. Place in the
upper rear corner of the cage for sleeping/roosting. Spinners are
fascinating for your bird, because they can't figure out why they spin
yet can't be removed. And, when one is chewed up, 2 replacement
spinners are included.
Perch
toy. Basically, it's a side mounted in-cage perch with a
twist. Attached to the end is one of my Bottlebrush toys with chew
wood, colored rawhide and cotton rope. The end opposite the perch
has a quik link and is designed to be attached to the top or side of the
cage. As the chew wood is enjoyed, the other pieces can be slid up
and down and these toys are a blast for birds.
Flexi
toy. Every parrot owner has bought parrot chew toys on a
chain. My Flexi toy is just like a toy on a chain, but the center
core is flexible and this toy can be bent into a "J" making
these a great parrot swing. And, with chunks of Bottlebrush and
colored rawhide and rope, these are a great swing that can be chewed as
well. Hang them from a cage or Play Gym.
 Boomerang.
Another of my original design Bottlebrush chew toys. These attach
in the middle and again, have chunks of Bottlebrush and colored rawhide
and cotton rope. |
16"
chew toy on welded link chain. A traditional parrot chew toy
except I use Bottlebrush that your bird will love and that will
last. Tip. Remove all but 1 or 2 pieces and hang them from a
cage or play gym. You bird can hold it and chew, and drop it when
done. After a piece is chewed up, replace it.
Predrilled
toy wood. A generous portion of Bottlebrush chunks pre-drilled and
designed to be used as replacement toy wood.
My
most popular item ever, chunks and twigs. Basically, these are the
clippings generated when I build my gyms. These make the BEST foot
toys are your bird will consider them birdy candy.
